A.O.P Côtes du Rhône 
We discovered this cuvée in 2023. When pressing the Cinsault grapes to make a rosé, we chose to press with only the weight of the berries and keep only the free-run juice. When it came to bottling, we realised that it had no colour... like a white wine! 
That's why we called it “Blanc de Rose”
