AOP Gigondas
 This is the first fine made with wine produced in the Gigondas appellation. Distillation in April 2016 of wines from our Montirius de Gigondas estate and red wines that are bottled and that we reject from sale when the quantity of wine in the bottle does not contain exactly the right level of wine. This is always checked one last time at the time of packaging.
