AOP Vacqueyras
 This is the first fine made from wine produced in the Vacqueyras appellation. Distillation in April 2016 of the white and red wines from our Montirius de Vacqueyras estate, which are bottled and which we reject from sale when the quantity of wine in the bottle does not contain exactly the right level of wine. This is always checked one last time at the time of labeling.
